The full product lineup includes intercom terminals, edge management all-in-one machines, smart central control screens, intelligent switch panels and HVAC control modules, interconnected via multiple protocols including TCP/IP, WiFi and ZigBee. It supports dual modes of local independent operation and cloud remote management. The system can realize unified management of personnel access, visitor intercom and security alarms in public community areas, and also achieve integrated intelligent linkage of lighting, HVAC, security and home appliances inside households. Balancing public community security management and comfortable home experience, it comprehensively builds a safe, convenient and comfortable modern smart living environment. It realizes inter-household calls, unified property on-duty, visitor snapshot & message recording and centralized processing of abnormal alarms, suitable for standardized management of large-scale residential communities.

Whole-house Smart Home Living Scenarios

Take central control screens and split smart screens as home gateways, matched with multiple series of intelligent lighting panels, smart temperature control panels and three-in-one HVAC modules to connect lighting, curtains, air conditioners, floor heating and fresh air equipment. Multi-mode home control via touch screen, voice and mobile APP is realized, deeply integrated with building intercom to support one-click elevator call, remote door opening and security arming/disarming linkage.

(1) Building Intercom & Access Control Security Functions

Equipped with a 2MP wide dynamic binocular camera, the devices support multiple door opening authentication methods including face recognition, card swiping, password and Bluetooth, with storage capacity for 50,000 facial templates and 50,000 access cards. Binocular living body anti-counterfeiting and M1 card anti-copy technologies prevent unauthorized access via photos or videos. Two-way video intercom is available between indoor monitors and floor/door stations, with snapshot and message recording when calls are unanswered. A maximum of 8 indoor sub-units can be connected to one household. It supports inter-household communication, calls to property management centers, one-click door unlocking and do-not-disturb mode. The devices are equipped with 8 wired security zones, with anti-teardown alarm, door contact alarm and hostage alarm functions. Alarm information is pushed to the property management machine in real time, and the management terminal can monitor all entrance & exit camera footage and capture snapshots for archiving. The edge all-in-one machine integrates unified management of access control, elevator control, visitor management and monitoring, supporting event record inquiry and remote operation & maintenance upgrade.

(2) Whole-house Smart Home Linkage Functions

Serving as both building intercom gateways and smart home gateways, smart central control screens support three interaction modes: online/offline voice control, touch operation and mobile APP control. Intelligent switch panels realize independent control of multiple lighting circuits and one-click scene switching. HVAC modules uniformly manage air conditioners, floor heating and fresh air systems with timing and scene linkage support. All household devices form a network via ZigBee, Bluetooth and WiFi, allowing customized automatic scenes such as leaving home, returning home and sleeping. The system links with building intercom: visitor calls will automatically pop up with outdoor camera footage, and security alarms trigger broadcast reminders across all smart screens in the household.
