1. Solution Overview
This Smart Judicial Supervision Solution targets detention centers, lockups, prisons and other judicial facilities. It integrates a full range of software and hardware including indoor information interaction terminals, outdoor information interaction terminals, intelligent education systems, self-service processing machines, and anti-misrelease systems, paired with dedicated management software to build an integrated, full-process and intelligent supervision management system. Built on Android intelligent hardware architecture and supported by TCP/IP cross-network segment communication technology, the solution incorporates multiple digital technologies such as facial recognition, fingerprint recognition, RFID identification, video encoding and decoding, and biometric comparison. It covers all business links of detainee daily management, police patrol duty, self-service business handling by lawyers and case-handling personnel, detainee exit verification, and ideological education within detention areas.
Traditional supervision models are plagued by low efficiency of manual registration, delayed information transmission, high risks in personnel entry and exit verification, fragmented education management, and cumbersome business procedures. Equipped with standardized intelligent terminals and a unified background supervision platform, this solution enables data interconnection of personnel information, patrol records, meeting services, educational content and access control data across all internal links of detention facilities. It reduces manual ledgers, minimizes human management oversights, and standardizes law enforcement procedures in detention facilities in an all-round manner. By optimizing four core dimensions: personnel management, business handling, safety prevention and control, and ideological education, the solution improves the quality and efficiency of law enforcement and management in judicial facilities, and creates a safe, standardized, efficient and humanized modern smart supervision environment.
2. Application Scenarios
(1)Daily Management Inside Detention Cells: The MQ-M7200ZD indoor information interaction terminals are installed in each detention cell for detainees and on-site police officers. They support cell roll call, purchase application, message exchange, letter viewing and daily information announcement to realize paperless information transmission inside cells.

(2)Patrol and Duty in Detention Areas: The MQ-M7100CM outdoor information interaction terminals are wall-mounted on corridors, patrol posts and escort passages for correctional officers, patrol police, medical staff and escort police. They facilitate patrol sign-in, medical consultation and drug distribution, as well as cross-post information sharing, and adapt to a wide operating temperature range of -20℃ to +65℃ for outdoor use.

(3)Centralized Ideological Education in Detention Zones: The MQ9000M-A intelligent education system composed of high-definition education boxes, high-definition encoders and education software is deployed in dedicated education and broadcasting rooms. It delivers daily schedule reminders, legal education lectures, safety notices for detainees, and supports 4K high-definition video playback, video text overlay and independent program production & rebroadcasting.
(4)Self-service External Business Handling: The MQ-M8000 self-service processing machines are placed in the reception hall of detention facilities for case-handling police and visiting lawyers. They enable self-service registration for interrogation and meetings, queuing and automatic allocation of meeting/interrogation rooms, replacing manual window registration.

(5)Safety Verification for Detainee Exit: Registration terminals and anti-misrelease terminals paired with anti-misrelease software are deployed at facility entrances and exits. They conduct dual biometric comparison of facial features and fingerprints for detainees to be released or escorted out, verify registration information in the supervision system, and eliminate potential safety hazards such as wrong release and misrelease.
3. Core Functions
(1)Full-scenario Intelligent Interaction Management Function Indoor terminals support cell information display, goods purchase, message & letter interaction and facial capture. Outdoor terminals integrate facial, fingerprint and RFID triple identification to realize patrol check-in, medical drug distribution registration and cross-post data synchronization. Both terminal types are equipped with independent intercom modules to ensure real-time communication between police and detainees as well as staff across different posts. All hardware adopts a quad-core 1.8GHz processor with large-capacity storage for long-term retention of interaction records.
(2)Integrated Intelligent Education Control Function The intelligent education system features both video encoding and high-definition decoding capabilities, compatible with multi-type signal input and output interfaces including HDMI, VGA and BNC. It supports decoding of 4K, 1080P and other multi-resolution videos, and distributes educational videos and text notifications via unicast and multicast modes. The system automatically plays legal, safety and ideological education content on schedule, overlays subtitles for schedules and management notices, and allows unified production, scheduling and rebroadcasting of educational programs via the background platform.
(3)Self-service External Business Handling Function Self-service processing machines integrate cameras, fingerprint scanners and QR code scanning modules. They verify the identities of lawyers and case-handling personnel through biometric recognition, process online applications for interrogation and meetings, automatically assign meeting/interrogation rooms and generate queue numbers, and allow manual adjustment when necessary. All operations are fully traceable with complete records, drastically cutting down window processing time.
(4)Anti-misrelease Verification for Personnel Access Control The complete anti-misrelease system consists of biometric registration terminals and access verification terminals. Facial and fingerprint biometric data of detainees are pre-recorded in advance. When detainees exit the facility, the equipment automatically compares their data against records in the detention management system, and only personnel with approved exit registration are granted access. Dual biometric verification fundamentally eliminates safety risks in personnel management.
(5)Comprehensive Management via Unified Supervision Platform All terminal devices connect to a unified supervision platform with cross-network segment data intercommunication. The platform centrally stores interaction logs, patrol records, education playback archives, meeting business ledgers and personnel access verification data, supporting background data query, export and statistical analysis. It realizes online and visual full-business supervision of detention facilities, and comprehensively enhances the standardization and intelligence of supervision law enforcement.
