In accordance with the requirements of prison law enforcement and management, positions such as detention, supervision, patrol control, and medical staff collect real-time dynamic prison information. Through functions such as alarm prompts, message pushes, position collaboration, instruction issuance and feedback, it realizes position linkage and reminds relevant position personnel to dispose in a timely manner. 2. Risk Assessment
Static information such as detained persons' detention records, case nature, age, and intellectual status, as well as dynamic information such as actual performance, interrogation and meeting, psychological assessment, and health status, are structurally classified to establish a safety risk score early warning model for detained persons. Based on factors such as detained persons' risks, cell facilities and equipment, law enforcement and duty performance, and violations, a cell safety risk score early warning model is established to conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis and hierarchical color-coded early warning on the safety risks of detained persons and cells (detention rooms, dormitories). The risk assessment results are intuitively displayed, and hierarchical management is implemented accordingly to achieve accurate prediction of safety risks and scientific and efficient decision-making and command. The risk assessment results are uploaded to the superior supervision actual combat application platform.
3. Intelligent Interview
Through functions such as interview templates, audio and video recording, identity recognition, and automatic reminders, it reminds supervision police to conduct interview and education in accordance with the norms of law enforcement and management work at time nodes that are prone to emotional fluctuations, such as when detained persons are newly admitted, meet with lawyers or family members, and when the litigation stage changes. It helps to understand the psychological status and ideological dynamics of detained persons in real time and objectively.
