Based on factors such as detained persons' risks, cell facilities and equipment, law enforcement and duty performance, and violations, a cell safety risk score early warning model is established to conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis and hierarchical color-coded early warning on the safety risks of detained persons and cells (detention rooms, dormitories).
